If the e-mail pertains to a case, please include the case number, defendant's name and any other relevant information you may have. If you know the name of the staff member, in most cases you may send an e-mail by using the first two initials and last name of the staff member, followed by @co.pg.md.us. In some cases, only the first initial is used. Examples: jadoe@co.pg.md.us, or jdoe@co.pg.md.us. If you do not know the name of the staff member to whom the e-mail should go, you may send mail to the following areas of the State's Attorney's Office by using the addresses shown below.
