The Office of Management Operations provides budgetary and financial oversight for the Department of Family Services. The Office of Management Operations works with other departmental divisions to prepare the Department's annual budget and to administer grants to community based organizations.

Additionally, the Office of Management Operations is responsible for all procurement, contracting and payroll activities for the Department of Family Services.
